Simple.... This is about me brewing small amounts of stuff at home in Southampton...usually no more than 9 litres. I only started in 2010, so there's lots to learn. However, some basic knowledge, a methodical approach, and some easy to source kit can get some great (and some not-so-great!) result. Most of all, you've got to enjoy what you do, and enjoy what you brew!
And Sockster? Well, he's the two-toned moggy in the picture. We inherited him with the house. For such a mature well refined cat, we thought Socks was too twee for him. He is the Sockster. This is where he has always lived, and where he always will.
Sockster died on June 27th 2012, aged 17 and a half. He rests under the bushes, where he liked to while away summer days in dappled sunshine. We miss him.
